SERVICES I offer yoga & mindfulness in a variety of formats. You can choose to work primarily with one practice or the other, or to work with both in an integrated way. Services include privates, small group classes, specialized classes, workplace wellness services, and consults.
LOCATION As of Spring 2020, all services are now being offered online via Zoom. I continue to teach corporate classes, privates and a drop in class on Wednesdays at 9.30 am via Parliament Street Fitness

Private sessions offer a unique opportunity to tailor the practice to your body, your interests and needs. They can be a helpful introduction to yoga or mindfulness if you’ve never been to classes before, or a way to deepen your existing practice.  Individuals with specific health concerns can benefit from private sessions as they allows for a more therapeutic focus including use of supportive props, carefully designed programming, and individual attention. Although classes can be a fun and cost-effective, privates allow you to develop a personal relationship to your practice so that you can gain the tools and knowledge necessary to start a home practice and/or to understand how you can modify your practice to best suit your unique constitution and needs on any given day. Please contact me for availability. 

RATES for PRIVATES (all prices subject to HST)

SINGLE Session........................................$100/hour in studio; cost for home sessions subject to travel time
SEMI-Private...............................................add $25/person (up to 4 people total)
For privates, some sliding scale options are available on a case by case basis. Inquire for further details.
