WELCOME! My name is Robin, and I am a Toronto-based yoga, movement, and mindfulness instructor. My passion is sharing these tools and techniques with clients to help them improve their physical health, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing.
With a B.Sc. in psychology and an M.A. in spiritual care and psychotherapy, I specialize in supporting clients with yoga and mindfulness for both physical and mental health. I strive to provide instruction that is dynamic, inclusive, practical, and sensitive, with a focus on tailoring practices to your unique needs and circumstances.
I teach privates, corporate and drop-in classes, entirely online at the moment.
