WELCOME! My name is Robin, and I am a Toronto-based yoga, movement, and mindfulness instructor. My passion is sharing these tools and techniques with clients to help them find an approach to movement that is enjoyable, intelligent and empowering.
With a B.Sc. in psychology and an M.A. in spiritual care and psychotherapy, I specialize in supporting clients with yoga and mindfulness for both physical and mental health. I strive to provide instruction that is dynamic, inclusive, practical, and sensitive, with a focus on tailoring practices to your unique needs and circumstances.
I teach privates, corporate and drop-in classes, entirely online at the moment.
